About Colleen

My connection to Alberta’s Foothills isn’t just professional—it’s where my understanding of land, lifestyle, and long-term value began. Growing up in the region, I developed an early appreciation for rural living and the lifestyle that comes with it. After moving to Calgary in 2001, I spent over 17 years in the city’s innercity communities before returning to Okotoks in 2018—seeking a stronger sense of community and a more intentional pace of life.

That blend of urban experience and rural roots allows me to bring a balanced, practical perspective when guiding clients through lifestyle-driven decisions, whether that involves acreage properties, luxury homes, or strategic relocations throughout the Foothills and Calgary regions.

I’ve been part of the Krahn Real Estate Team for the past eight years and recently transitioned into a licensed Realtor with Royal LePage Benchmark. This evolution enables me to work more directly with clients while continuing to leverage the strength, systems, and experience of a well-established team.

Prior to real estate, I worked as a consultant in regulatory management within Alberta’s energy and natural resources sector. That experience continues to shape my approach—grounded in risk awareness, market insight, and structured, well-informed decision-making. I also hold an MBA in Management Consulting, which supports a disciplined and strategic approach when advising on complex transactions.

Real estate has always been a natural fit. I’ve long been drawn to design, architecture, and the potential within a space. Today, that translates into an ability to recognize opportunity, assess long-term value, and thoughtfully position properties within the market.

My approach is both educational and advisory. I work with clients who value clarity, thoughtful guidance, and a professional who can communicate both opportunity and risk with confidence.
